How are sites like G2A and Kinguin not getting sued and taken down by major gaming companies?

How does Kinguin not get sued by game companies such as Blizzard Entertainment for selling ingame currency and other companies who, by ToS, do not allow this?

Is it just clever wording in the legal advice on the page and that covers it?

The correct term given for it is considered "grey market"?

Edit: Kinguin sells no virtual items and currency, g2a does. Like on ebay sales for virtual items, using terminology like "only selling the time required to gather the item is advertised and sold…
